Job Title: Residential Support Worker (Part-Time)
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour + good overtime rate
Working Hour: Part-Time (flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays)
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential (enrolled/ working towards)
Experience in Years: Previous experience within a Children's Residential home
Employment Type: Permanent
We are looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them develop skills, build confidence, and achieve their potential. You must be open to working reflectively and providing relationship-based, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities- Support young people with hobbies, social activities, and developing new skills.
- Assist with morning routines, including preparation for school.
- Prepare meals and provide a safe and relaxing home environment.
