We are now recruiting for our spacious 3-bed home based in Cannock. The home is a large premium standard property, set in an idyllic location, perfect for creating positive memories with our young people The children and young people that we care for are aged between 6 and 17 years of age and may present with complex needs and distressed behaviours. **What Will I Do As A Residential Support Worker?** - Develop positive relationships with the young people that we care for, acting as a role model and supporting them to achieve their best possible outcomes - Follow the rules and boundaries of the home, working alongside your colleagues and management team in creating routines and expectations. - Safeguarding our young people from harm or abuse, whilst also ensuring that we follow a therapeutic approach to care, respecting and listening to the views, wishes and feelings of the child. - Continually learning and developing your own knowledge through on-going training and working alongside your manager in creating a work development plan, that could see you to progress to be a Senior Residential Support Worker on completion of your Diploma Qualification and further progression after that. **Benefits We Offer** - **Earn Up To £27,638 Inclusive With Sleeps** **(at a rate of £50)** We follow a structured pay grade system, so pay is always reflected on your experience and training, ensuring that you are always paid fairly.**: - **Bonuses - If your home receives a "Good" Ofsted rating you will receive a £200 bonus. If your home receives an "Outstanding" Ofsted rating you will receive a £500 bonus.
