Client Services Director

The role reporting to the Head of Client Services to:
- Act as the company's Principal Client Advocate, maintaining and developing client relationships at both the executive and business sponsor level (C-Suite). This position will have overall accountability to grow and optimize the client relationship and position for Crawford as a both a strategic and trusted consultative partner.
- Drive and develop London based UK and global relationships with nominated global insurers, with distinctive presence in the London market plus responsibility for European and/or global accounts as allocated, to increase revenue from those sources for Crawford and Company.
- To create and identify targets for growth (which may be global corporate entities connected to assigned carriers and brokers), developing sales propositions, preparing, and delivering formal or informal sales presentations, organising priorities, monitor and measure activity and trends linked to carrier entities and associated corporate clients
- Actively contribute to the overall strategy for the success of the Global Client Development team
