Spring Care For You Ltd is a dedicated provider of high-quality children's residential care, founded in Spring 2024 by four local community professionals. Our mission is simple — to create safe, nurturing, and supportive environments where children and young people can truly thrive.

As part of our continued growth across Lincolnshire, we are now seeking compassionate and resilient Bank Support Workers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment for children.
  • Support young people in their emotional, social, and educational development.
  • Work in a child-centred, trauma-informed way, ensuring each young person's voice is heard and respected.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships based on trust, empathy, and consistency.
  • Help young people develop essential life skills and achieve personal goals.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to deliver individualised care plans and therapeutic approaches.

Essential Requirements

  • Must hold a full UK manual driving licence
  • Unfortunately, this role cannot offer visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 4 Diploma in Working with Children and Young People (fully funded).
