Company Description

Leading property Investment & Development firm, specialising in income producing assets and platforms, such as hotels and student housing. The company fully finance all projects and are involved in the full life cycle from inception through development and the ongoing management of assets in the portfolio.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Acting as a key link between finance, investment and development, the role will operate fluidly across the business.

Key daily tasks include: Cost plans, comparison to budget, updating models on a project by project basis, group cash flows, reporting, drawdown requests, cost & performance analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) with post qualification industry experience
  • Advanced skills in Financial Modelling and Data Analysis
  • Bottom up experience of property development projects
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate complex financial data
  • Prior experience in financial management within the real estate investment sector
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
