Description Overview
As an Interim FP&A Analyst within the UK Cluster, you will play a key role in supporting the cluster and market leadership teams by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

You will collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and leverage tools such as Power BI and Adaptive to drive data-led decision-making and operational efficiency.

Scope of the Role

• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, including key financial indicators, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of rolling forecasts and annual plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and central assumptions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools and processes across the UK cluster.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards to visualise financial performance and key metrics.
• Reconcile and manage data from multiple sources (e.g., SAP, Excel models, databases) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support Risks & Opportunities (R&O) reporting using EPM and other analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with Market Finance Business Partners to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Champion the use of digital tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.
• Provide data-driven insights to the Cluster Finance Director and leadership team to support strategic and operational decisions.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, business analysis, or a similar finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query), Excel, and financial planning tools (e.g., EPM, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience working with and integrating multiple data sources for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and geographies.
• Experience in the Consumer Health or FMCG industry is advantageous.
