About The Team
Based in our Manchester site, the Operational Assurance team proactively monitors customer profitability and manages any issues through to remediation. You'll be partnering our Commercial and Finance teams, working to optimise margins globally across all lines of business.

What You'll Own As The Senior Analyst

  • Analyse data to investigate and resolve queries regarding profitability across our customer base
  • Develop and operate controls and dashboards, leveraging data to proactively identify and investigate profitability issues
  • Determine root causes and assess the impact of issues, driving process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage the communication and resolution of issues, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Secure commitment and support from relevant areas to ensure fast and efficient remediation, reducing revenue leakage
  • Advocating best practices and enhancing customer experience within the billing environment

What You'll Bring
