Richmond Surgery is the lead practice for the Fleet Primary Care Network. We currently have 15200 registered patients and operate from a purpose build premises based in a quiet suburb of Fleet, Hampshire.

We are a GMS Practice with 4 full time GP Partners. Our clinical system is EMIS Web, and we use ICE, and Docman. We are high QoF achievers and rated Good for CQC.

2025 will be our 60th year serving the local community.

We are looking for an experience customer care individual to join our Reception Care Navigator Team. Candidates should enjoy a customer focused and administrative role within a friendly, and dedicated team. Our Reception Care Navigators are our first patient contact and use various care navigation systems to ensure our patients access the right care quickly for their needs. We are keen to meet applicants who thrive on interacting and helping the public. Our Reception Care Navigators are not 'just receptionists'. They are hardworking and committed to providing an excellent, quality service to our patients in difficult and sometimes constrained times.

JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES

As a member of our team, you will be trained in all areas including digital clinical systems, repeat prescriptions, and how to navigate our patients to the most appropriate clinician or service. You will be involved in a wide variety of medical admin duties. You will work closely with our external care homes and multidisciplinary teams. Your role will be varied and interesting with an opportunity to learn the medical industry. You will receive full support and training to help you reach your goals.

SKILLSETS AND EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication both written and spoken, confident IT skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a team member or autonomously are required.
