We are a leading multi-site contract manufacturer supplying to some of the UK's most recognisable FMCG, healthcare and consumer brands.

Due to continued growth and investment, we are now recruiting experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our engineering team on our modern West Drayton site.

Responsibilities - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Rapid response to breakdowns, fault-finding and repair on fast-moving automated production, injection moulding and assembly lines
  • Planned preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities
  • Installation & commissioning of new equipment
  • Root-cause analysis and proactive elimination of recurring faults
  • Working safely with LOTOTO, permits and all H&S procedures
  • Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC-controlled systems

Experience/Qualifications - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Time-served engineer with completed Advanced Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience gained in a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environment
  • Strong fault-finding skills on automated machinery (injection moulding experience highly advantageous)
  • Ability to read mechanical & electrical drawings
  • Knowledge of vision systems, pneumatics, inverters, sensors and control systems
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations desirable
  • Happy to work continental days and be part of an on-call rota (generous additional payment)
