We are a growing, ambitious property management company managing a varied portfolio of high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across Scotland. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of operational aspects of our portfolio, ensuring compliance, repairs, and maintenance are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reactive repairs and planned maintenance across the portfolio
  • Ensure legislative compliance, maintaining accurate records of inspections, certifications, and safety checks
  • Manage contractors: schedule works, monitor performance, and negotiate rates
  • Track tasks, workloads, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to processes and service delivery
  • Support reporting and provide operational insights to senior management

Skills & Experience

  • Background in property management, facilities management, building, or construction
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent follow-through
  • Experience managing contractors and maintenance workflows
  • Proactive problem-solver with initiative to improve processes
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance, and health & safety requirements
  • Competent with property management software (CPL, Proptimo, or similar)
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
