We are delighted to be working with this extremely professional, well established Property
Organisation in securing a new Head of Letting based in their Edinburgh Office.
This is a rare and exciting Opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for People and Property; the successful applicant must have bags of ambition, drive and vision and be the 'go to Agent' always offering the highest level of customer service.
You will lead and inspire your team, set best practice standards, and ensure compliance with all letting legislation. You will be responsible for growing the business, building strong client relationships and delivering a 'best in class' service.
This is a leadership role requiring commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to coach and develop others.
Our client is looking for an ambitious, proactive, 'New Business Focused' leader who will drive the Letting Department forward along with motivating, coaching and inspiring their team to meet and wherever possible exceed targets. Delivering an exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and bring a strong commercial mind-set.

The Role
Drive the growth and expansion of the Letting Department, maintaining a market leading position.
Build and develop the company's Letting business in Edinburgh, identifying future opportunities and maintaining a robust business plan.
Act as the 'go-to' agent in the region, promoting the department and maximising marketing and PR opportunities.
Carry out property valuations and oversee property listings.
Develop a strong pipeline of new business and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring efficient and timely communication.
Lead and support your team through monthly 1:1's, career development, and performance management, including coaching and training needs.
Conduct monthly business reviews, monitor progress against targets, and produce regular performance reports.
Represent the office at management meetings and contribute to division-wide initiatives aligned with growth, client service, and financial objectives.
