Four Seasons Recruitment are exclusively partnered with a growing Luxury RTW Designer. This elegant brand creates feminine silhouettes, with meticulous attention to detail, covering all category areas across men's and womenswear.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager, who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process, from seasonal planning and supplier management through to final delivery. This role ensures all production activities align with the company's commercial objectives, quality standards, and critical path deadlines.

About the Role:

  • Manage and monitor the full production critical path in line with company timelines and deadlines
  • Plan seasonal unit projections and oversee the pre-booking of factory production capacity
  • Lead the management of factory schedules, production tracking, and delivery timelines
  • Oversee all supplier performance and source new suppliers as required to meet evolving product or capacity needs
  • Review, approve and place all bulk fabric and trim orders, coordinating logistics with internal teams
  • Negotiate manufacturing and material costs, maintaining target margins and business profitability
  • Monitor operational costs and margins throughout development and production, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure product quality aligns with the brand's aesthetic and technical standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions between development, production, and delivery stages

About You:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in luxury apparel production
  • Proven ability to manage multi-product categories within luxury apparel
  • Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production management systems
