Job Description

Join our dynamic team at LGIM, where we deliver exceptional onboarding and change management services for a diverse range of investment products and client mandates. As a Senior Product Onboarding Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating complex projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating end-to-end onboarding of new fund mandates across the business
• Managing account change events and ensuring all legal and operational tasks are completed
• Leading project timelines and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives
• Reviewing and validating legal documentation in line with fund requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across multiple business areas
• Acting as an internal consultant to advise on onboarding requirements and best practices
• Facilitating meetings and calls to provide progress updates and ensure transparency
• Designing and improving processes to maintain a risk-controlled and compliant environment

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• Proven experience in investment management with a focus on onboarding and client service
• Strong overall Investment knowledge including an understanding of the different investment vehicle options
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong knowledge of investment products, strategies, and derivatives
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes across stakeholders
• Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware and solution-oriented with a focus on client objectives
