Job description

We are seeking a new Administrator for SENAD Community West Midlands, to support the recruitment of new staff.

Successful candidates should have some previous experience of working in a busy office environment and using a telephone system, have sound IT skills in all areas of Microsoft Office and be able to accurately input data and use databases.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be the first point of contact on reception for stakeholders
  • To conduct telephone interviews for new staff
  • To oversee recruitment processes for new staff, such as, DBS checks, referencing and completing new staff files
  • Updating training matrix for new starters
  • Adding new starters onto training database
  • Allocate new support workers onto relevant online and in house training and sending details
  • Saving training certificates into staff file – checking the criteria has been met
  • To collectively maintain filing, archiving and database systems relating to personnel, training, service user and general office files
  • To collectively support all Operational administrative duties
  • To collectively support audit and quality assurance procedures as required
  • To contribute towards the processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • To contribute towards general house keeping
