London, Greater London, United Kingdom BURGER KING UK Full time £50,000 - £80,000 per year

We're building the future of flame-grilled goodness — one site at a time.

And right now, we're on the hunt for an
Acquisitions Manager
to help make that happen across our South Region and we need someone based in the field

And of course, you'll get a taste of the good stuff too:

  • Bonus scheme that rewards the wins
  • £5,000 cash allowance
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), buy up to five additional days a year
  • £50k critical illness cover
  • Life insurance (x4 your salary)
  • Private medical
  • A pension (for when you finally hang up your crown)
  • Discounts you'll actually want
  • 70% off food and drink for friends and family
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Free mortgage advice
  • Stream – your pay, your way
  • Paid volunteering day

What you'll be doing (aka your recipe for success):
This isn't just about bricks, land and leases (yawn). It's about spotting opportunities before anyone else does. Turning "what ifs" into "openings soon." And making sure our next Drive Thru is the one everyone's queuing up for.

You'll be the person connecting the dots between opportunity and delivery — negotiating deals, managing the process, and making sure every new site fires up our growth across the UK.

Reporting directly to our Head of Acquisitions you'll be working within one of the power house teams behind the growth and expansion of the Burger King brand in the UK market.

  • Sniff out the next great Drive Thru locations — on and off the market — across your patch of the UK.
  • Negotiate killer deals that make sense commercially (and taste even better for the brand).
  • Take sites from idea to reality — through planning, legals, and handover to construction.
  • Partner with developers, agents, planners and local authorities to get things moving.
  • Work hand in hand with our Head of Acquisitions, Project Managers, and Finance teams to keep every project on track, on time and on budget.
  • Present site assessments to senior management and get those golden approvals.
  • Keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends — and always stay one flame ahead.
  • Build brilliant relationships across the industry, flying the flag for Burger King UK.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • A proven track record in site acquisitions (retail, restaurant, leisure or QSR = extra Whopper points).
  • Strong commercial focus and a network of contacts you can really work.
  • Top-notch negotiation and communication skills — you know how to close a deal.
  • The hustle, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit to uncover opportunities others miss.
  • A solid understanding of planning, legal and licensing processes.
  • Organised, competitive, and cool under pressure — even when juggling multiple deals.
  • MRICS qualification? Nice to have, not essential.
  • Great geographical knowledge and a real feel for what makes a site succeed.

Hungry to build something big?
Bring your energy, bring your network, and bring your ambition.

Apply now — and help us serve up the next chapter of Burger King UK's growth story.

We are a Disability Confident employer. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. If you require any adjustments or accommodations during the application or interview process, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are committed to providing a fair and accessible recruitment process for all applicants.
