About the Job

An exciting opportunity is available at Wybone for a highly motivated sales and marketing executive. This role will work alongside our sales team, Graphic & 3D Designer, and external web design and marketing agency to fuse our sales and digital marketing efforts together.

The candidate we're looking for will use their skills and experience, and use our brand-new ecommerce website to grow business, identify new leads, communicate with customers and quantify leads into actual sales.

The ideal candidate will have content marketing experience for copywriting, blogs and social media posts, digital marketing skills to create campaigns like mailshots, newsletters and website promotions, and creative marketing skills including proficiency in the Adobe CC.

This new role is perfect for somebody who has good marketing skills, a sales focused attitude, and a commercial mindset.

The Role

· Overall Ecommerce – work in conjunction with our Graphic & 3D Designer, and external web design and marketing agency to maintain our whole ecommerce site and online representation, product listings, photos, descriptions, pricing and configurable options.

· Lead Generation & Growth – execute e-campaigns, social media, digital newsletter and all other campaigns, with a primary focus on growth, generating new leads, finding new customers and qualify leads into sales.

· Collaboration with Sales – work together with our sales team to produce supporting documentation like case studies and blogs, and work together to ensure business development and customer retention alike.

· Customer Relationship – communicating with customers, specifically new prospects and leads, is vital in this role.

· SEO & Content Production – maintain our SEO performance and authority, to ensure our content is always up to date and high performing.

· Social Media – plan, schedule and create captivating content to build our brand's personality and customer engagement.

· Events & Exhibitions – coordinate our events schedule and in-person visits and roadshows, including the booking, planning, and attending the shows. Most importantly, communicate with customers and work the leads from the show, qualifying leads into sales.

· General Administration – logging website orders in our system, answering emails which come from our website and produce reports on leads. Ensure all products are photographed and categorised on our server.

About You

· Ideally degree educated in Marketing, Business or a related field, and have experience across marketing and/or sales

· A balance of creativity and commercial focus, and understanding of how marketing drives sales

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce engaging content as well as conversation

· Skilled in Adobe CC (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and content management systems both internal and for our ecommerce site (WooCommerce on WordPress)

· Strong understanding of current digital marketing workings including SEO, UI, UX and visual identity, and best practise in digital marketing metrics

· Photography and videography skills are a plus but not essential

· Excellent organisational skills, attention to details and mature working attitude

· Highly motivated, proactive, resilient and the will to drive change, progression and growth
