The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Property & Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role that involves a mix of property management, sales outreach, and client service, with some travel to Limerick, Galway, and Dublin for property visits and client meetings.

Ideally we are looking for someone to grow with the company, there will be unlimited potential for this moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property visits, inspections, and viewings across assigned regions.
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and company clients to ensure smooth tenancy arrangements.
  • Identify new property opportunities and build relationships with potential landlords and partners.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts to expand our property portfolio.
  • Handle client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a car (for property visits).
