About the Role

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing sales and customer service team in the energy sector. This is a customer-facing position where you will engage directly with members of the public, providing clear and informative guidance on energy tariffs and helping them find the right solution for their needs.

You will play a vital role in representing our brand, building trust with customers, and supporting them through the switching process. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers in residential areas in a friendly and professional manner
  • Deliver clear information about energy tariffs, services, and potential savings
  • Promote suitable energy solutions based on each customer's individual needs
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Work towards personal and team targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Record all customer interactions accurately using a mobile CRM system
  • Keep up to date with training and any changes in energy regulations
