Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This position is essential, where attention to detail and commitment to high standards are paramount.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residents rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain an organised cleaning cart and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide exceptional service to residents.
Skills
- Previous experience in a residential environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with residents and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
