As a Casino Executive you'll be supporting the delivery of high-performance casino games content, covering planning, execution, coordination and reporting. This will help us excel at offering best in class casino content as part of our strategy to stay ahead of the game.
What you'll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and executing the casino games roadmap
- Define, maintain and execute a strategic roadmap for slots, table games, and live casino content across all markets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with commercial goals, player preferences, and seasonal campaigns.
Supplier relationship management
- Liaise with game providers to negotiate commercial terms, secure exclusive content, and optimize game release schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of content assets and game launches.
Cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Act as the central point of contact between global product teams and regional operations to ensure consistent execution of casino initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and insights to marketing, CRM, and compliance teams to support localized strategies.
Product performance analysis and optimization
- Monitor game performance using BI tools and dashboards, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct deep dives into player behaviour and game engagement to inform future roadmap decisions and promotional strategies.
Stakeholder reporting and alignment
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on roadmap progress, supplier performance, and market trends.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of upcoming launches, exclusives, promotions, and strategic changes.

Essential skills you'll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- Advanced understanding of game mechanics for slots, table games and live casino.
- Advanced understanding of promo tools such as free spins, golden chips etc
- Data-driven decision making
- Experience with BI tools and native in MS Office applications
Desirable skills you've got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
- Basic knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
- Experience in managing third party relationships
- Experience with casino platforms and content aggregators
