We are hiring a strategic and collaborative
Head of Fundraising Operations

Are you passionate about operational excellence and supporter experience? This exciting new role will lead our fundraising operations and help deliver our new four-year strategy centred on audience and insight.

This pivotal role oversees our fundraising database, insight, supporter care, and governance. You'll work collaboratively across EACH teams to improve systems and processes, increase income, and deliver meaningful donor experiences.

You will be part of the Fundraising Senior Leadership team, reporting into the Director of Fundraising and with line management responsibility.

Location: flexible - the role can be based at any of our three hospices. The postholder will have direct reports based in Ipswich and Cambridge, so time spent in these locations will be essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop our fundraising data strategy and CRM systems
  • Deliver impactful reporting and data analysis to support fundraising campaigns
  • Champion excellent supporter care and stewardship journeys
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and UK GDPR laws
  • Provide inclusive leadership and line management to direct reports
