What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
  • Support residents with mobility, nutrition, and daily routines
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any changes
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
  • Work closely with nurses, families, and your team to ensure the best outcomes for residents

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a care or support setting (minimum 6 months)
  • Valid UK driving licence – Preferred but not essential due to work across multiple sites.
  • Current DBS or on Update Service.
  • Friendly, caring, and reliable with strong communication skills
  • Able to follow care plans and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and last minute shifts.
