We're looking for a Assistant Director – Communities & Integration to drive strategic commissioning, integration, and prevention across Norfolk's adult social care landscape. This is a an opportunity to lead the development of innovative, outcome-focused services that support people to live independently and thrive in their communities.

In this pivotal role, you will:


• Lead integrated commissioning across health and social care, shaping joint priorities and delivery models.


• Oversee the Better Care Fund, ensuring investment drives meaningful impact.


• Champion co-production and partnership working with internal teams, health providers, and community stakeholders.


• Develop and embed commissioning strategies that respond to increasing demand and workforce challenges.


• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance across the Communities and Integration Team.

We're seeking a strategic leader with:


• Extensive experience in senior roles within health and social care.


• Deep understanding of commissioning, integration, and transformation agendas.


• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.


• A commitment to equity, co-production, and continuous improvement.
