Our (new) offices are located in central London, as well as offices in New York / Los Angeles and spaces in Paris and Berlin. The role is collaborative across these territories and is therefore a great chance to get involved on a global level.

Key Duties:

  • Develop, plan, implement digital and social marketing plans for artist releases & campaigns assigned in accordance with release deadlines
  • Create & co-ordinate marketing materials, tools & information (ensuring distribution to relevant teams internally)
  • Work in tandem with the creative + artist management teams to

manage social media content, facilitating user engagement
- Devise effective and innovative digital campaigns, integrating all elements of digital activity into each campaign, across

organic content, paid advertising, influencer campaigns, CRM & more
- Engage with relevant DSP label, curator and programming teams
- Where needed, engage with relevant 3rd Party Promotional agencies across campaigns
- Oversee content creation for the labels' social media accounts and other online activities
- Monitor artist & brand engagement with fans/

users to help plan marketing strategy
- Responsibility of individual artist budgets in line with agreed spends
- Where necessary, working closely with A&R/Digital/Press/Promotion/Sales etc to deliver connected and cutting-edge strategies across the business
- Develop strong relationships with artists & artist management, including assistance with artist pitches
- Assisting with the coordination of each artist's activities around a release including press, promo, PR

& TV
- Working with creative dept on delivery of audio-visual assets, artwork, designs & photos
- Ability to analyse release data &

wider marketing

metrics to help formulate appropriate campaigns and devise priorities and inform wider strategy
- Plan & implement multi-platform advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with colleagues in other territories to ensure coordination and execution of marketing plans and local market priorities
- Contribute to overall strategy

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in similar role
  • Clear understanding of UK landscape, notably across streaming and digital (organic & paid) and what strategies can be implemented to push campaigns further
  • Motivated & ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail & excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to innovate and be solutions focused
  • Experience of breaking new UK acts and international-selling acts and the versatility to work with acts of various sizes and budgets
  • Experience in effectively managing budgets
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, DSPs, music platforms and best approach to maximise opportunities
  • Ability to use & understand industry and consumer facing data analytics to inform decisions
  • Knowledge of current music and industry trends
  • Proficient across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Doc and Sheets
  • Preferably proficient with design applications & software such as Adobe Suite, Capcut & Canva
