Bison Solicitors is a well-established mental health firm practicing throughout central, southern England and the North. We have built a national reputation in mental health legal practice and are continuing to expand.
Your role as a Office Administrator is to assist our managers and leadership team.
Responsibilities will include: -
- Diary Management
- Receptionist Duties
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills required : -
- You must be reliable, bright, sensible and hardworking.
- If you have none, or limited legal work experiences, you compensate that with your can-do attitude.
- Mature and positive attitude
- Minimum 3 years experience working in an office environment.
- Ability to take own initiatives
- Problem solver
