Gas Installation Surveying Engineer
Location
: Must be based in the
Rochdale
area

You will receive a
fully costed van
and
fuel card
to support your daily operations

  • £37,988.00 per annum
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week

Be Part of Something Bigger, join us in revolutionising how we power the planet.
You will be responsible for the surveying of Gas Boilers (for changes and full Central Heating installations), including unvented hot water systems and wet central heating systems in various domestic properties.

We're searching for passionate engineers, committed to quality and excellence, with duties to include:

  • Completion of heat calculations
  • Completion of build design drawing, in line with heat calculations
  • Produce a list material for the installation.
  • Price up installation work using a schedule of rates.
  • Attend client meetings to liaise with work schedule.
  • Coordinate engineer labour availability for planned installation date via a program of works.
  • Arrange all appointments with the tenant & client including survey, installations and handover visit.
  • Support both tenant and engineers in day with any queries.
  • Complete a site walk at end of installation work, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
  • Attend joint handover visit with the client.

You will

  • Hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Hold valid right to work in the UK
  • Hold ACS qualification including CKR1 and HTR1
  • Have experience with Heating System Design and Install
