Summary

Support Security Officer – Door Supervisor

Salary: £31,000 + Tronc

Duties and responsibilities related to the Support Security Officer – Door Supervisor role

  • Monitor and maintain the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel premises through regular patrols and surveillance
  • Enforce hotel security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Provide a visible and reassuring presence for guests and colleagues, offering assistance whenever needed
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering, to support a safe and welcoming environment
  • Assist with access control, accurate record-keeping, and security reporting to help maintain smooth operations

About You

You have previous experience in a hotel security role and hold a valid SIA licence. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you are approachable, professional, and reliable. You take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.
