, we're looking for a dynamic 
Security Manager
 to take charge of operations at one of our key sites – a thriving Technology Park in Nuneaton. You'll lead a dedicated team of officers, provide strategic direction, and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partner organisations to deliver exceptional security standards.

£44,000 per annum 

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday 50 hours per week

What You'll Do

As our Security Manager, you will:

• Provide operational and strategic leadership to a large on-site security team.
• Develop and implement tailored security procedures to safeguard people, property, and assets.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients, tenants, and external stakeholders such as local authorities and emergency services.
• Lead on risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential threats.
• Contribute to key stakeholder and security meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the training, development, and performance of all officers, ensuring compliance with SIA and site requirements.
• Manage all equipment, accountability processes, and site documentation, including CCTV operations and data release.
• Support emergency response efforts and lead crisis management procedures to maintain safety and minimise disruption.
• Drive a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• An experienced security professional with proven leadership skills.
• SIA Licensed
   CCTV Licence essential,
• Holds a driving licence.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in 
  technical security measures,
  including CCTV and access control systems.
• A strong communicator who can engage and influence at all levels.
• Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering the highest standards of service and compliance.
• An inspiring leader with a genuine passion for team development and client satisfaction.
