Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Correctly taking receipt of deliveries.
  • Ensuring all materials and parts are documented, recorded and stored correctly.
  • Ensuring our stock management system remains accurate.
  • Accurate completion of required deliveries, within a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all components and deliveries are adequately wrapped to ensure safe delivery of quality parts.
  • Organization and preparation of customer deliveries.
  • Support relevant teams to resolve any issues.
  • Vehicle checks to be completed and maintain all company vehicles to a high standard.
  • Work with relevant teams to resolve any issues.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Full, Clean Valid UK Driving License.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy levels.
  • Fork-lift truck license advantageous.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
