The Opportunity

Our client, a highly respected accountancy practice in Bristol, is seeking a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join their growing advisory team. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising.
- Preparing financial models, valuations, and due diligence reports.
- Conducting market research and identifying strategic opportunities.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Assisting with business development and contributing to proposals.
What We're Looking For
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or audit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with attention to detail.
