Job Description Summary
The Channel Excellence Intern will support operational activities related to process standardization, data analytics, and continuous improvement within the Channel Excellence ecosystem. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and aims to enhance partner experience, data quality, and internal efficiency.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic channel operations, work closely with regional and global teams, and contribute to initiatives that drive simplification and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized processes across channel operations.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to ensure consistent and accurate data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of channel initiatives.
  • Participate in simplification and improvement projects across the Channel Excellence ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, or Technology, or Computer Science, or Data Analytics, or Business Management, or related fields, with expected graduation by Dec 2027.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of responsibility.
  • Adaptability and openness to change in dynamic environments.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in decision-making.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Experience with administrative tasks and data management.
  • Basic knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) and Oracle systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data modeling).
  • Intermediate to advanced Power BI or other data visualization tools.
