We are urgently looking looking for self motivated energetic team members to join our expanding team to support at night
We are working with commissioners to provide bespoke services for adults with mental health needs Autism our main aim to work to support our clients towards self reliance and moving back in to the community

CQC Rated Good in all areas
Role involves supporting people to find work, education, research and attend community groups , supporting with self care, medication , attending appointments and reviews.
24hrs - 36hrs role available working 12hr shifts alternate weekends
Full Paid Induction, Training & DBS
You will need to have excellent communication skills and basic IT skills, being able to drive is desirable due to our location but it is not essential.
