We currently have a full-time vacancy at Bakery Court, covering supported living clients in Norwich NR2 and community clients in North Norfolk.

Salary:

37.5 hours (£23,892.96 basic + £1,066.65 RRA) = £24,959.61

A recovery-based service supporting people over the age of 18 with severe mental health issues.

Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will:

  • Support individuals to engage in the service and to achieve their goals and aspirations through:
  • Individual key work
  • Targeted recovery outcome-focused interventions
  • Person-centred planning
  • Exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review:
  • Robust assessments
  • Safety management plans
  • Recovery support plans
