We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to engineers and management, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Duties
- Organisation of the Installation Diary
- Liaising with surveyors, install engineers, fitters, and various other trades.
- Dealing with customers with a positive and professional manner over email and telephone
- Ability to multitask – this will include organising multiple diaries (as well as the Installation Diary) so strong organisational skills are a must
- Resolving customer queries, quickly and efficiently or escalating when required
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High Level of detail
- Excellent time management skills
- A strong ability to multitask
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Ability to work individually and part of a team
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- 3+ years office administration experience
