Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars effectively
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Handling administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Supporting the team with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing
- Ensuring the office remains tidy, organised, and well-stocked with supplies

Experience
