Programme Specialist SI (Strategic Infastructure)
to Oversee the successful implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Direct Hire and Strategic Infrastructure (SI) Programmes. Manage and review key training and development initiatives. Ensure learners progress effectively, maintain compliance with standards, and provide necessary support to learners throughout their programme.

This role is a hybrid role with our base office being in Eakring, you can enjoy working from office and home.

Please note you must be able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop SI module flows and programmes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the SI programmes. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, organising and delivering induction, facilitating programme events, and managing assessment cycles.
  • Act as the first point of contact for learners and training providers and consult with planning teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with the Direct Hire Specialist to ensure the DAS system is accurate and kept up to date for all SI learners.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure training providers undergo annual quality assurance observations.
  • Hold regular meetings with training providers to monitor learner progress and timely completion.
  • Design, distribute, and analyse learner surveys and results. Implement a feedback loop to drive continuous improvement in training and development.
  • Maintain accurate data across the Direct Hire team and produce monthly KPI reports to inform decision-making and track programme effectiveness.
  • Review and evaluate SI programmes to enhance performance, foster continuous improvement, and meet evolving business needs.
  • Monitor and facilitate learner progression to ensure they meet program requirements and milestones
  • Generate and maintain learner progress reports, documenting development and achievements.
  • Co-ordinate and attend End Point Assessment (EPA) sessions to observe learner performance and provide developmental feedback.
  • Ensure learners are adequately prepared for EPA by providing guidance, processes, and support materials.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to design and create programmes to accelerate growth and strategic development of our SI business.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in managing programmes, preferably in the utility or related industry.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across various levels of the organisation.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, and progress tracking tools
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Robust digital skills and IT literacy, inclusive of basic Microsoft Office applications and remote meeting platforms.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to promoting the success and well-being of apprentices

What you'll get

A competitive salary between
£48,000 – £57,000 per annum
dependent on capability.

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
