What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, experienced
Insolvency Manager
who can assist with the supervision of the restructuring and recovery process through from planning to review and completion — someone with the technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and skills to drive results.- and we will pay you well for this.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real impact. You'll manage complex insolvency cases from start to finish, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business improvement. What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a varied caseload of
    corporate insolvency appointments
  • Deal with case strategy, progression, and compliance
  • Conduct case reviews and ensure quality standards across your portfolio
  • Deal with investigations and asset realisations
  • Supervise and develop junior team members; review and approve their work
  • Liaise with director, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Represent the firm in a variaty of ways
  • Actively contribute to internal process improvement and team culture

What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience
    in managing corporate insolvency cases
  • Strong knowledge of
    UK insolvency law and compliance
  • Lnowledge of
    IPS (or similar)
  • confident with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Sound commercial judgement — you understand case profitability and billing
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; clear, credible, and calm under pressure
  • Organised, proactive, and always looking for a better way
  • Comfortable being the go-to person — and being held accountable

Bonus Points For

  • CPI or JIEB qualified (or actively studying)
  • Experience in managing or mentoring junior staff
  • Exposure to personal insolvency (IVAs, bankruptcies)
