What You'll Be Doing
As the Head of Branch Sales at CCF Borehamwood (Hertfordshire), you'll be the first port of call for all things sales related. From high-level strategic decisions with your Branch Manager and General Manager, to small but impactful interactions with our walk-in customers, you'll be our resident expert in delivering exceptional customer service and maximising sales results.
Within your role, you'll hold responsibility for purchasing our stock, tracking metrics (including proactive sales activity), and strategic decision making (supporting the Branch Manager). As a member of the branch's leadership team, you'll also coach and lead your sales team to drive their service standards, enhance their upselling capability, and develop their product knowledge.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm, NO WEEKENDS
