London, Greater London, United Kingdom SoSafe Full time £60,000 - £120,000 per year

SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is predicted to cost the world $10.5 trillion annually by we invite you to be part of the solution

About The Role
You will act as the right hand to our CTO, working in lock-step to shape the culture, cadence, and operational excellence of our Product & Development. You'll build the end-to-end rhythm of business, ensure the right priorities land at the right time, and connect seamlessly across stakeholders (including the OCEO's Chief of Staff and other executive functions). You'll know people by name, help the CTO invest time wisely, and be the high-trust partner who keeps the organisation aligned, efficient and energized.

As the organisation grows and the needs of the CTO's office increase, this role becomes the force-multiplier that enables us to move faster, smarter and with more coherence. With 120 people in product and development, alignment, pace and culture matter more than ever. You'll be at the intersection of strategy, execution, people and operations; the person who ensures our gears engage, our priorities remain sharp, and our teams are recognized, valued, and aligned.

If you excel at connecting people, process, and strategy; love transforming ambiguity into rhythm and measurable results; and are eager to make a deep impact in a high-performing product organization, this role is made for you.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

  • Build and maintain rhythm of business. Own the organisational cadence: weekly leadership check-ins, monthly reviews, quarterly plans, annual strategy roll-up. Make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Shape culture & operational goals. Partner with the CTO to define operating norms, team rituals, communication flows and the cultural DNA of our org.
  • Work closely with the CTO to prioritise and manage time effectively—helping to balance strategic priorities, stakeholder needs, and follow-through on commitments.
  • Be the connective tissue. Work across stakeholders – product, engineering, design, GTM, operations, the OCEO's office – to ensure transparency, alignment and execution.
  • Focus organisation on the right things at the right time. Surface critical issues, drive clarity around what matters, escalate when needed, drive resolution.
  • Drive event and large-scale planning. Manage end-to-end both small and large initiatives: from team offsites, hackathons, holiday parties to cross-org strategic retreats.
  • Communications lead. Craft and deliver high-quality internal communications (presentations, updates, executive summaries) that keep the team informed, aligned and motivated.
  • Execution & follow-through. Track key initiatives, ensure ownership, monitor metrics, report on progress, identify bottlenecks and drive to resolution.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, business operations or similar high-impact role (preferably supporting a CTO, CIO or senior engineering/product leader) in a product-led environment.
  • Strong organisational discipline: you build and conduct rhythms, track follow-through, drive accountability.
  • Communicates with clarity and impact: translates complex information into executive-ready narratives while engaging stakeholders across teams.
  • You build trust through empathy and authenticity—listening carefully, connecting genuinely, and fostering strong relationships across teams.
  • Strong prioritisation: you help identify what's most important, what can wait, and when to act or pause.
  • Event and program planning chops: you've managed both large-scale and granular initiatives, from kickoff through implementation and wrap-up.
  • Comfort in ambiguity: you'll operate across strategy, operations, culture and execution; you're versatile and unflappable.
  • Proactive mindset: you anticipate rather than react, you own the gaps, you move things forward without waiting for instruction.
  • Bonus: familiarity with product, engineering and design functions; experience working in fast-growth or scaling tech organisations.

What we offer*

  • Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days
  • Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts
  • Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups
  • And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ
  • Perks and benefits listed above are for full-time employees and may vary slightly by office location. These are just a sample — you'll learn more during the interview process.
