As we continue to grow, we are seeking a
Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO)
— a visionary leader who combines strategic product direction with cutting-edge technology execution. This role will shape the company's software product strategy, architecture, and engineering vision to drive innovation, scalability, and market leadership.

Position Overview

The CPTO will lead the entire software product and technology lifecycle — from concept and design to development, deployment, and long-term evolution. This executive will bring strategic foresight, technical expertise, and business acumen to define the future platform and customer experience.

As a member of the executive leadership team, the CPTO will ensure that technology and product strategies deliver world-class solutions aligned with customer needs and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute an integrated product and technology vision aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive growth through innovation and operational excellence.
• Oversee Product Management, Engineering, and Data functions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across teams.

Product Strategy & Management

• Own the global product roadmap — from ideation and market analysis to delivery and lifecycle management.
• Ensure products meet market needs and business objectives through customer-centric design.
• Identify new opportunities through research, partnerships, and emerging technologies.
• Align product strategy with key business priorities.

Technology Vision & Execution

• Lead architecture, scalability, and reliability of software platforms with a focus on SaaS and recurring revenue models.
• Define and implement the technology roadmap, balancing innovation with delivery speed and technical debt.
• Oversee infrastructure, security, data governance, and software quality standards.
• Promote modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).

Data, AI & Innovation

• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics across products.
• Lead R\&D initiatives to strengthen the company's position in emerging technologies.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology providers and research institutions.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and mentor high-performing teams across engineering, product, and data disciplines.
• Attract and retain top talent, promoting diversity and a learning-oriented culture.
• Align technical execution with business outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 12+ years of senior leadership in product and technology roles within software or SaaS organizations.
• Proven success leading mid to large-scale product and engineering teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Visionary thinker with the ability to connect technology trends to customer value and business impact.
• Deep technical expertise across modern software architectures, cloud computing, APIs, and data systems.
• Strong grasp of product management, UX/UI principles, and agile delivery.
