  • Oversee daily cash management and liquidity planning
  • Optimise working capital and ensure sufficient funds are available for operations and strategic initiatives
  • Work with external advisor and Fractional CFO to maintain adequate record-keeping and ensure compliance with all relevant HMRC requirements
  • Develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain financial systems and controls

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate????

  • Must be fully qualified with 5+ years experience in a senior finance role
  • Previous experience of working in a SaaS scale-up company, with a solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
  • Experience of international expansion (US in particular) would be highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills – ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders (internally & externally)
  • On the upward curve of your career with ambitions of being FD within the next few years
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
