Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a targeted business growth strategy to expand TPRM Consulting's presence among banks and financial institutions across the Baltics, Scandinavian countries and Europe.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key decision-makers in banking, financial services, as well as non-banking / financial services.
- Lead, manage, and close high-value sales cycles - supporting the full customer journey from initial qualification and proposal to onboarding and contract negotiation.
- Articulate the value proposition of TPRM's full-service wrap: including ongoing supplier assurance, due diligence, continuous monitoring, and remediation management.
- Support go-to-market campaigns with marketing and technical teams, leveraging local and international market insights to tailor messaging and offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums - raising organizational brand and product profile.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM; prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay up to date with regulatory trends affecting third-party risk, cybersecurity, and operational resilience across industries.
Qualifications and Experience Criteria
- Minimum 5 years' direct experience in business growth and strategic partnerships, sales, or relationship management in the banking and financial services sector. Experience of selling cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance solutions is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable track record of building and leveraging networks in the Baltic, Scandinavian and European financial sector; strong client contacts and relationships are a must.
- Understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) principles. Awareness of frameworks relating to KYC, AML, supplier due diligence, supply chain resilience, and regulatory compliance required (training specific to TPRM Consulting's offerings will be provided).
- Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills - able to engage both technical risk stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Highly motivated and entrepreneurial; capable of working autonomously to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian) would be a plus.
Essential Skills:
- Experience working with or selling to large banking groups or regulatory-driven environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills up to C-suite level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- As this is a client facing role, presentability and inter-personal skills on video calls or in-person meetings is a vital success criteria.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of regional and European operational resilience and cybersecurity requirements (e.g., DORA, EBA, UK PRA/FCA, GDPR).
