Salary Expectation £25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Office Based - Full-time
We're a full-service creative marketing agency focussing on branding strategy, design, web, marketing, photography, videography, animation, and print — all under one roof.
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts, confident design leadership, and designing with purpose – not just to make something look good.
What You'll Do
- Lead creative design projects from concept to completion.
- Lead brand strategy and design projects reporting the Creative Manager
- General graphic design across digital, print, and potentially motion — no two days are the same.
- Create promotional material for some well known brands
- Develop storyboards and campaign visuals for animation and video.
- Collaborate with our in-house team of designers, animators, photographers & marketers.
- Mentor junior creatives and help shape our visual direction.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' design experience (agency or multi-disciplinary studio).
- Strong creative thinking and hands-on design skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience across both print and digital media.
- Experience gridding up for print is advantageous
- Excellent eye for layout, typography & storytelling.
(Bonus points for leading teams, motion design, photography and/or videography skills, marketing, Figma, or UX/UI experience.)
