Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

Are you a proactive, driven and successful Lettings Manager with several years' experience?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent estate and lettings agency with successful offices in the Kent area.

If you want to work for a well-known brand with an excellent client base, strong local presence, and a commitment to providing extensive training and development, this could be the role for you.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the lettings industry, be hardworking, skilled at building rapport, and motivated to exceed targets. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing and developing a successful lettings team
  • Driving performance to achieve and exceed targets
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Overseeing the lettings process from start to finish
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Monitoring market trends and generating new business opportunities 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in residential lettings
  • Strong understanding of the lettings process
  • ARLA qualification beneficial
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients and team members
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Leadership and team development experience
  • Knowledge of the Rochester area is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
