Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant operations, culinary arts, and team management. This role requires a passion for hospitality, food safety, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and food production.

Responsibilities

  • Assist daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
  • Help manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
  • Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary while managing costs effectively
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and budget management
  • Uphold food safety standards through regular inspections and training of staff on proper food handling practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff development
  • Background in hospitality with an understanding of customer service excellence
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen environments
  • Previous experience in barista roles or hotel settings is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
