About the role:

Ninja Tune is seeking a detailed and driven Stock and Distribution Assistant, to support our UK based team on a full-time basis. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for an assistant level role with the opportunity to allow for their organisational skills to shine. Someone who is eager to learn and does not mind rolling up their sleeves, to get things done in a team environment.

The job will be focused on assisting with specific distribution focused tasks  well as day-to-day admin tasks in the Warehouse and Logistics team. This will include but (not exclusive to):

  • Procuring & processing smaller International distributor and direct indie store orders.
  • Managing Artist tour, D2C & Ninja webshop stock orders.
  • Raising and approving invoices (e.g retail distribution, carrier/customs charges, D2C & tour fulfilment).
  • Overseeing stock level management across UK warehouses & D2C platforms.
  • General inventory, logistics and physical distribution admin.
  • Shipping miscellaneous stock and promo items.
  • Providing other adhoc support as required by the team.

About you:

  • Previous music industry experience, preferably within stock distribution
  • An awareness and interest in stock management and willingness to learn new ways of working and core processes applicable to Ninja Tune
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Efficient, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise own
  • workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to learn efficiently with the ability to use your own initiative when problem solving.
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to deal with people
  • politely at all levels.
  • IT Literate – good understanding in Word, Excel, Pages, Outlook and Wind
    ows based packages.
