Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Creative Producer to join our team. You will be a crucial part of our growing production team in charge of executing many key aspects of the process. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a combination of a strong understanding of YouTube, great ideation skills, project management expertise, and effective communication skills. You should be able to lead projects with precision, maintain a keen eye for detail, and deliver high-quality content for the brand. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development: Help develop and initiate new video concepts for our motorsport audience
  • Producing: Producing videos for our YouTube channel from pre-production through to post-production.
  • Talent liaison: Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with talent and athlete members.
  • Liaising with the team on strategy and direction of YouTube content.
  • Travelling domestically and internationally for filming.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience working in video production.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of YouTube and motorsport content.
  • Great understanding of YouTube optimisation, audience retention, and analytic reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to generating new and exciting content ideas.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
