We're now searching for an exceptional Creative Producer with a passion for live events and immersive experiences to join our newly formed Events Team. You'll help shape unforgettable moments across some of Merlin's most iconic attractions, working with beloved global IPs and creating sharable, guest-first experiences that surprise and delight.
About The Role
As Creative Producer, you'll be at the heart of the projects, supporting the creative development and execution of standout seasonal events and brand activations, from the very first spark of an idea through to on-site delivery. You'll be the critical bridge between creative vision and operational excellence, making sure everything is on-brand, on-brief, on-time and on-budget.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will see you working across teams, countries and creative disciplines, collaborating with internal stakeholders, global IP partners and external suppliers to bring bold ideas to life.

- Own the Creative team timeline and always have an eye on master project milestones, ensuring the right activity, with the right people, in the right order, is planned and communicated throughout the process.
- Use your production and planning expertise to guide decisions promptly, and to find solutions to challenges.
- Work with stakeholders to proactively identify the needs of the project, ensuring these are communicated to the Creative team and embedded in workflows.
- Ensuring best practice 'ways of working' are upheld with creative project teams such as file sharing, meeting cadence and agreed action lists.
- Translate concepts into physical experiences, supervising art direction and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Support the sourcing and onboarding of third-party suppliers, managing vendors including AV, fabrication and performance partners
- Support international site visits, ensuring consistency across attractions (planning and possible attendance)
- Present to senior stakeholders and IP partners, keeping everyone aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Propose new ideas and improvements, ensuring we learn and evolve with each event, finding best practice 'ways of working'.
- Ensure creative work complies with brand, safety and operational guidelines.
