Location: Buckingham

Available Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 or Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00

Our Buckingham site is growing fast, and we're looking for passionate Production Operatives and Senior Production Operatives to join our team. Your Role

You'll play a vital part in our manufacturing process. You'll help us deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Following production plans to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Preparing batches accurately and ensuring all processes meet strict standards.
  • Handling raw materials safely and maintaining allergen control at all times.
  • Completing quality checks and keeping detailed records for traceability.
  • Working closely with team leaders and supporting colleagues to achieve targets.
  • Assisting with new product trials and continuous improvement projects.
  • Championing health and safety and supporting audits and site visits.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Previous experience in food production is helpful, but not essential – full training provided
