Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a number of Bench Operatives for a manufacturing Timber company based in Buckingham, these roles are Temp to Perm for the right people

**Duties will include**:

- Working as part of a team
- Running and overseeing different sections of the production line
- Ensure products are manufactured to the desired quality requirements
- Comply with the company’s health and safety procedures
- Take control of the day to day running of the machines
- Setting completing changeovers

**Must**:

- Be physically fit
- Hard working
- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to work on your own
- Take pride in your work
- Previous experience within a machine operating or factory/production
- Own safety boots required

**Shifts**:
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5pm and a Friday 7.30am to 11.30am

Saturday is available as over time 7.30am to 11am

Paying £10.25 to £11.50 depending on experience
